Youth Program

We are aiming to collaborate with other youth programs, projects and collectives in order to offer a wide range of programs that fit the needs of anyone who identifies as a youth and is a part of the Latin American/Hispanic community.

Registration now available for:

  • Photography lessonsstarting May 7, 2008 at 5 PM
  • Spanish Lessons – starting May 31 from 9:30 a.m.– 11:30 a.m. Beginner and intermediate levels

Schedule of Regular Activities

Tuesdays
1 pm -3 pm: Employment Help and Housing help

4 pm-6 pm: PROJECT AID - tutoring

6 pm-8pm: Breakdance Classes



Wednesdays
5 pm - 8pm: Leadership



Thursdays
1pm -3 pm: Employment Help and Housing Help

4 pm - 6pm: PROJECT:AID! tutoring

6 pm - 8pm: BEATSmindMOVEMENT/ URBAN BEATS PROGRAM

Saturdays
9:30 am -11:30 am: Spanish Lessons

Other programs:

ONE on ONE – counselling in English, Spanish, and Spanglish on issues relevant to you (Sex Ed, Violence/Abuse, School System, Discrimination, etc)

Parent Support – Raising a teen in a culture of culture workshops. Date:TBA
